The School Garden

The school garden is in need of a little 'TLC'. The School has been given a supply of old scaffold boards that they intend to use to edge the raised beds. However, they need some skilled assistance; is there a person(s) out there who could come into school, cut them to size and then secure them to the beds?  There are 6 or so raised beds to fix. If you are able to help (and probably have your own tools), please contact Mrs Peck via the school office. Thank you.

The great BLS Sewing Bee - not really!!!

Are you skilled with a needle and thread?  A dab hand with a Quick Unpick?  A sewing machine marvel?
If the answer is 'yes', then Bolton-le-Sands Primary School would love to hear from you.
They have a number of tracksuit tops that have damaged zips and they would be eternally grateful if friends from the school community would volunteer to take out the old zips. If people are wiiling and able to replace the zips with new ones, that'd be fantastic!
If you, or someone you know, can help; please contact the school office and leave a message for Mrs Squires on 01524 823606.  Thank you.
