E-mail Scams

Beware of an email offering to refund you over payment of your TV licence. The email asks for bank details and is a scam.  Please also beware of an email claiming to be an invoice from Apple Music for an annual subscription of £39.99. The invoice is fake.
The aim of many email scams is to get your bank details – be careful who you give such information to.

Parking around the School

The weather is changing and it would appear that more parents are using cars to bring their children to and from school.  The school has received a number of complaints / comments from members of the community about car parking outside the school on Bolton Lane and in the centre of the village.   Headteacher, Mr Cross, has strongly urged parents to park away from the school and walk their children the rest of the way.

Bolton-le-Sands Library

Many of you will know that a final decison has been made to close Bolton-le-Sands Library. For many years the library has offered great support to our school and the wider community with many thousands of books being enjoyed by everyone. Glenys and previous librarians have been great holding various classes and keeping our community spirit alive.  It is such a great shame that a library that is so popular and that has been expensively refurbished so recently is closing - let's hope that everyone will still have access to library services via other means in the future.
