The Community Playground Project fund raising event in December, ‘Bolton-le-Sands Entertains!’ was an enjoyable evening of family entertainment, raising £500 for the playground project. Thank you to the village shops and businesses that provided prizes for the ‘community raffle’, to all the performers and everyone who helped in making the evening a success.
Community support towards the much needed playground refurbishment continues, with donations received this month from BCS Accountants & Tax Consultants, Bolton-le-Sands Women’s Institute, and a very generous contribution from a village couple.
